Chia Pudding - Blueberry

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Frozen Blueberries
- 1 c. Vanilla Coconut Almond Milk
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 c. Chia Seeds
-2 tbsp. Coconut Chips for garnish
Directions:
1. Place frozen fruit, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until a smooth blue liquid is formed.
2. Pour chia seeds into a sealable container (ex. Tupperware, mason jar, etc.)
3. Pour milk mixture into the container with the chia seeds and stir.
4. Let sit for 5 minutes before giving the mixture another stir.
5. Place pudding mix into fridge overnight or until a thick, gel-like consistency is formed.
6. Add toppings right before serving.
