Ingredients:
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oats
- 1/2 c. spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
1. Soak pitted dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften
2. Place all ingredients into a blender (I leave out the chia and pour them in the smoothie, but that's personal preference)
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour chia seeds into smoothie and mix (optional)
