Roasted Chickpeas

Yields: ~2 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
-1 15 oz. can Chickpeas
-1/4 tbsp. olive oil
-1/4 tbsp. seasonings of choice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Strain and rinse the chickpeas
3. Dry well using a clean dish towel or paper towels
4. Place chickpeas into a medium sized mixing bowl
5. Add oil and seasonings into mixing bowl and mix until they are well coated
6. Pour chickpeas evenly onto a baking pan
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy, making sure to toss the chickpeas every 10-15 minutes to ensure even baking.
8. Cool and enjoy
Tips:
-Removing the skins from the chickpeas will make them crispier
