Ingredients:
-1/2 c. Cooked Quinoa
-1/4 c. Carrots cut into matchsticks
-1/4 c. Sliced English Cucumber
-2 Sliced Radishes
-1/4 c. Shelled Edamame
-1/2 Avocado
-1/4 Nori sheet cut into strips
-1 tsp. Sriracha
-1 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Directions:
1. Cook Quinoa according to package
2. Prepare vegetables as indicated
3. Assemble bowl
Tips:
-Radishes may be easier to thinly slice using a mandible
